By using this website or booking an appointment, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Website Use
You agree to use this website lawfully and to provide accurate information when booking appointments.
No Medical Advice; No Practitioner–Patient Relationship
Information on this website is general and educational and is not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Using this website or contacting us through it does not create a practitioner–patient or professional relationship. Always seek the advice of your physician or another qualified provider about a medical condition, and never disregard or delay it because of something you read here. In an emergency, call 911.
Assumption of Risk
Wellness, massage, acupuncture, chiropractic, and Ayurvedic services carry inherent risks. You are responsible for disclosing your full and accurate health history, conditions, medications, allergies, or pregnancy before treatment. By booking and receiving services, you voluntarily accept the inherent risks. If you have a medical condition, obtain your physician's guidance before beginning any new therapy.
Appointment Booking
Bookings may be handled through a third-party scheduling provider and are subject to that provider's terms and privacy policy in addition to our appointment policies. Availability is subject to change and confirmation. We reserve the right to cancel, reschedule, or refuse appointments when necessary. We are not responsible for interruptions, errors, or failures of third-party providers.
Disclaimer of Warranties
This website and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aara Holistic Wellness Clinic and its owners, practitioners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use this website or our booking services, whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for the specific service giving rise to the claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
No Guarantee of Results
Our services support your health and wellbeing, but individual results vary and no specific outcome is promised or guaranteed. Our services are not a substitute for care from your physician or other qualified healthcare provider.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website is the property of Aara Holistic Wellness Clinic or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Aara Holistic Wellness Clinic and its owners, practitioners, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Third-Party Links
This website may link to third-party sites for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, or practices, and a link does not imply endorsement.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision is severable and does not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Disclaimer, constitute the entire agreement between you and Aara Holistic Wellness Clinic regarding this website and supersede prior agreements. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver.
Force Majeure
We are not liable for any failure or delay resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, illness, power or internet outages, or acts of third-party providers.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted with an updated effective date. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
